La Gourde orders are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days 🚚

This timeframe allows us to ensure a rigorous selection of our products, demanding quality control, and careful shipping. We prioritize the quality of your experience over speed that would compromise the care taken with each order.

👜 Incomplete order

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages to optimize delivery times.

We therefore invite you to check your tracking emails, as multiple tracking numbers may be provided to you.

If, after receiving all your packages, an item is missing, our customer service La Gourde is available to resolve the situation quickly.

📍 Order not received

If your order has not yet been received, please check your package tracking. If it is in transit, simply wait for the estimated delivery date.
